UK engagements
UK contracts are issued by iCoreFusion Ltd (UK limited company). Engagements are structured outside IR35 where applicable. A standard B2B contract is issued - no agency, no intermediary. Rate is agreed directly and stated in the contract.
US engagements
US contracts are issued by iCoreFusion LLC (Wyoming, USA). Corp-to-Corp structure. Standard W-9 and vendor documentation provided on request.
Statement of work
Each engagement begins with a Statement of Work covering scope, platform, expected deliverables, start date, and rate. This is issued within 24 hours of agreement.
Starting work
Adam can start immediately or on a date that fits your project timeline. Remote onboarding takes one business day. Onsite UK engagements can be arranged within 48 hours of contract signature.
